Sony Acquisition Spider-Man Game Developer 'Insomniac Games'

Sony's gaming division announced that it was buying a game developer from the United States, Insomniac Games. This acquisition was made after a collaboration between the two companies for more than 20 years.

As is known, developers create their games exclusively for Sony's PlayStation consoles. The game, among others, Spider-Man, Rachet & Clank and Resistance, as reported by CNBC.

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) said the company would be run by management at this time. Apparently, the SIE video game development team in San Mateo, California also helped when the deal was closed.
