The HTC One M8 may only be a few months old at this point, but HTC hasn’t stopped the hype machine from kicking into gear with rumors of that devices successor. A new report from @evleaks claims that HTC is cooking up new versions of the One Mx family that are known as the “HTC M9” and “HTC M9 Prime.”
These handsets are expected to launch in the first quarter of 2015, with the Prime model reportedly coming to market first. @evleaks also says that the oft-rumored HTC M8 Prime “will likely remain deadpooled.”
HTC introduced both the original One M7 and the new One M8 in the first quarter of 2013 and 2014, so it wouldnt come as a surprise to see the HTC M9 hit sometime in Q1 2015. But because the One devices are HTC’s flagship models, I’m sure that Peter Chou and Co. will go all out with those two devices.
Now that the HTC One M8 has been on shelves for a few months, what tweaks do you think HTC should incorporate into the M9 to make it better?
